If you are not happy with your new hammock or straps simply let us know and we will offer you a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.  Here is the process:

Please send us an email within 90 days of purchase at          ryan@hammocklifeoutdoors.com with the following:

• order number
• name
• product you're not happy with

If seeking a refund, we'll send you an email and process the refund within 48 hours.
If seeking an exchange, we'll send you a return label.  The product must be in the same condition as you received it.  Once received, we'll send your new product FREE of charge.

 

SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping within the United States on all orders over $50.00.  Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically go out the next business day.  Orders are shipped Priority Mail and typically received within 3-5 business days via USPS.  At times this may take longer based on USPS delays due to Holidays or other events.  We will send a confirmation email and your tracking info will be included.
