If seeking a refund, we'll send you an email and process the refund within 48 hours.
If seeking an exchange, we'll send you a return label. The product must be in the same condition as you received it. Once received, we'll send your new product FREE of charge.
We offer FREE shipping within the United States on all orders over $50.00. Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically go out the next business day. Orders are shipped Priority Mail and typically received within 3-5 business days via USPS. At times this may take longer based on USPS delays due to Holidays or other events. We will send a confirmation email and your tracking info will be included.
